Spotless by PhilMarc Delivery Policy
How will we fulfill your order?
The Team at Spotless by PhilMarc stands ready to fill each order, we understand the
importance of savings along with fast and efficient service. All orders will be handled
with extreme accuracy and care. You our valued customers have the options paying for
your orders in person when you arrive at our store to collect your order using either your
debit or credit card. Payment can also be made to our NCB account through online
transfer. Your orders can be delivered to directly by our Spotless team to the address
that you specify on your order instructions.
How much does it cost to your order?
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at your convenience. Customers are
also welcome to request us to pick up your orders at your own cost. Delivery fees are
automatically added to your order prior to order confirmation. The rates charged are
standard and are not chargeable by weight. Spotless by PhilMarc reserve the right to
alter these fees in accordance with the fluctuating fuel prices.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are available for either pickup or delivery and this is based on the pickup or
delivery date and time that you would have selected. Should you require an adjustment
in the pickup time please either call or text or WhatsApp as soon as possible. On the
other hand, should we encounter any difficulties; we will make contact with you so we
can make the best alternate arrangements.
Restrictions.
At Spotless by Phil Marc we do island wide delivery; however, we do not currently ship
overseas.
